Social Responsibility

  • More than just another business’

At The Sibly we believe that we can leave more than just great food memories with our customers & the wider community.

We strive to support local producers, such as Kerry farmers, by purchasing all of our fresh cream from Lee Strand Dairy. To complete your favourite cheesecakes, all of our cream cheese is from County Tipperary, as well as only using Irish Butter in everything we produce.

As well as Cream from Kerry & Cream Cheese from Tipp, each individual Sibly Energy Ball we make is made using Flahavan’s Irish Oats – coming straight from Waterford, it’s a true Munster affair!

It stretches beyond the ingredients too – our stickers are designed in Kerry & printed in Limerick, as well as all of our boxes being produced by a Kerry business. All of our transport is done by a Cork company, and our Rebel-ness doesn’t stop there, our website is designed & maintained by a Cork man!

  • Our Local Community

    Ballydesmond GAA Club

The Sibly probably would not exist, or certainly not in the capacity it does, were it not for the incredible local support, so when the opportunity arose this year to sponsor the local GAA club, we were honoured to be able to return a helping hand.

Brand Ambassadors

We have been very fortunate to receive huge support since day one from athletes and people excelling within their chosen fields. We have partnered up with some of the top Senior Footballers & CorssFitters within Ireland as well as an Irish International Hockey player and an aspiring Actor to fuel them each month and take one more thing off their minds!
